Rousay Lap

The Rousay Lap & the Peedie Lap

The Rousay Lap is a Half-Marathon spanning 13.1 miles along a unique, circular route, with incredible views, and the highest public road in Orkney. 

The annual event was first held in 2009. 

This years Peedie Lap (5km) is Sunday June 15th 2025

You can enter online or in person on the day.
On the day registration open from 10.30am.

The Rousay, Egilsay and Wyre Development Trust is responsible for organising the Rousay Lap and the Peedie Lap.

The show normally opens at 2.30pm, and the prize-giving commences at 4pm.
