| Situated below the Knowe of Yarso (chambered cairn) we offer panoramic views over the Eynhallow Sound. Looking out across the tip of Wyre, and past Gairsay, taking in the distant lights of Kirkwall, then the Point of Vastray and along the northeast shores of the Orkney mainland to Evie, the Broch of Gurness, and finally a glimpse of the elusive island of Eynhallow itself. |

At the Taversoe Hotel we have an established restaurant offering a selection of good home cooked meals, with vegetarian options available. Our dining room overlooks the rear garden and provides fantastic sea views. The house bar boasts an extensive whisky selection, a plasma screen television, and a games room with darts boards and a pool table. |
|
In the centre of the building is our bar lounge, a traditionally styled room with open wood & stonework. Comfortable sofas offer our guests a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a drink after dinner. The entire building is a smoke-free area.. |
